1. Log into Affinity
2. On the “My Account” page where it lists you and your kids, there is a “Teams” section below.
3. In the “Teams” section click the “Edit” link that will lead to your Team’s page
4. On the “Teams” page on the “Team Roster” tab, below the list of players, click the “Edit Player Team Info” button
5. There you can enter jersey numbers and click “Save Changes” button at the bottom of the list.
6. After updating, be sure to click “Sync Roster” button below list at left on Player Roster tab.

How to activate/deactivate players for your GDR

1. Log into Affinity
2. On the “My Account” page where it lists you and your kids, there is a “Teams” section below.
3. Within the “Teams” tab there is another set of tabs below where you will see “Tournament Applications / Game Scoring.”
4. On the roster page on the “Player Roster” tab, click the “Active” checkbox to activate/deactivate a player
5. Once you’ve selected/deselected the proper players on your roster, click the “Set Active Players” button below the list
6. Note the “Player Roster Stats” above the table that tell you how many are active for your game.
7. You are allowed 18 players for U13 and older, 14 players for U11/12, and 11 players for U10 GDR’s
8. You can then proceed to print your GDR’s

How to add Club Pass players for your GDR

1. Log into Affinity
2. On the “My Account” page where it lists you and your kids, there is a “Teams” section below.
3. Within the “Teams” tab there is another set of tabs below where you will see “Tournament Applications / Game Scoring.”
4. On the roster page on the “Player Roster” tab, click the “Add Club Pass Player” button
5. The next screen will allow you to search for the player within your club using the lastname, first name format (ie “smith,j” would find James Smith, Joe Smith, Jane Smith, etc.)
6. Once you’ve clicked “Search and see the name below, click the “Add to Roster” button to the far right of their name
7. You should then use the “activate/deactivate” process (detail above) to make sure the proper players are set to appear on your GDR.
8. The coach of the Club Passed player’s regular team will receive an email to let them know you are borrowing them, so be sure you’ve checked in advance.  Players should not miss regular games to do another team a favor if it puts the original team at a disadvantage.
9. You’ll need to get that player’s card from their regular coach for them to participate in your game.
10. You can then proceed to print your GDR’s (you’ll see “CP” indicated on your Club Pass players on the roster)
